Luwa, Inc. is a cleanroom contractor providing turnkey design/build services for high-tech industries, such as semiconductor, microelectronics, nanotechnology pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and life sciences. We have successfully completed hundreds of cleanroom projects across the United States and around the world, ranging from Class 1 (ISO Class 3) to Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8).

Luwa’s in-house technical staff encompasses all disciplines, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, controls, testing and certification. While our specialty is turnkey design/build projects, we also assist customers with consulting/engineering services and plan-and-spec construction.
