Testing & Certification

Luwa can provide complete testing, balancing and certification for each project. Experienced technicians, utilizing modern equipment, thoroughly evaluate your cleanroom facility. We provide the test procedures and test reports. All testing is performed in accordance with ISO Standards.

As of November 29, 2001, Federal Standard 209E dated September 11, 1992 is hereby canceled and superseded by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Standards. International Standards for Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments, ISO 14644-1 Part 1: Classification of air cleanliness; and ISO 14644-2 Part 2: Specifications for testing and monitoring to prove continued compliance with ISO 14644-1.

Services that we provide are performance testing, auditing, commissioning, qualifications, and validation of cleanrooms and support mechanical equipment. All tools, equipment and devices are calibrated, traceable to NIST, and conform to the requirements set forth in CFR 21. All written procedures and protocols conform to the current and latest standards. We prepare protocols to encompass all requirements if a customer does not have one set up.
