Construction
Luwa can provide complete turnkey design/build services for projects, or construction on plan-and-spec cleanrooms. Our projects range from large ground-up facilities to smaller retrofits in existing facilities. We pride ourselves on our ability to complete projects on time and in budget.
Each project is staffed by a team of experienced personnel, including project managers, superintendents, construction crews and service technicians.
The project management team works closely with the Owner to ensure the project runs smoothly. This team also continuously monitors the project schedule and costs, and updates them in our computerized systems. The superintendent(s) remains on-site during the construction phase of the project, coordinating with the Owner and managing the construction crews.
Luwa prepares operations & maintenance (O&M) manuals, and arranges for the Owner’s staff to be trained on key pieces of equipment and systems that were furnished by us.
We ensure that the correct safety and cleanroom protocol is followed throughout construction. Safety and quality are top priorities with Luwa.
Our commitment extends from the beginning of the project through its completion, and beyond. We warrant not only the installed equipment, but also any environmental condition of your facility that we design for one year standard.
